WARRANTY AND PRODUCT SUPPORT

At XMASTER, we are dedicated to ensuring the optimal performance of our products. If your purchase experiences any issues due to defects in material or workmanship, we're here to address them promptly. Our commitment extends to providing customer satisfaction and making things right.

It's important to note that the replacement of warrantied products is at the discretion of XMASTER. Warranties do not encompass regular product wear, and any modifications or repairs conducted outside of the XMASTER-authorized channels will render the warranty void. Furthermore, warranties may be nullified if a product sustains damage due to negligent use, improper maintenance, storage practices (such as outdoor storage), or mishandling by the user. Compatibility with products from other companies is not guaranteed, and warranties may be voided in such instances.

Instances of negligent or faulty use include, but are not limited to: aggressively dropping the bar (e.g., dropping a loaded bar on a box, bench, spotter arms, or pins in a rack; excessive dropping with insufficient or damaged bumpers; excessive dropping with iron plates; excessive dropping on concrete or similar surfaces; and/or similar usage).

PLATE WARRANTY INFORMATION

Competition Bumper Plates	36 months Home use / 24 months commercial use 10 and 15lbs: 6 months - Indoor Use Only: The warranty is valid for indoor use exclusively. Normal wear and tear are not covered under this warranty. - Warranty Voidance: Please note that the warranty terms may become null and void if the product has suffered damage due to user negligence, improper use, alterations, maintenance, storage, or handling. - Performance Assessment: If a customer encounters concerns regarding the performance of an XMASTER product and is dissatisfied, each case will be assessed and addressed individually. - Excluded from warranty: It's important to emphasize that this warranty does not extend to cover wear and tear. - 10LB/15LB Plates Usage: 10LB/15LB Plates should not be used individually on the bar for any smashing or impact practices.

EZ Curl Barbell-30LB	24 Months for Home Use / 12 Months for Commercial Use. - Warranty Type: Construction Warranty specifically covering against bending. - Warranty Limitations: The warranty against bending does not apply to any bar that has incurred damage due to negligent or improper use, alterations, insufficient maintenance, inappropriate storage, or mishandling by the user. - Weight Capacity: It's important to note that the weight capacity should not exceed 120 kg.

Construction Warranty from defects in material, functionality, and workmanship for a period of 12 or 6 months (depending on the type of utilisations) from the date of original delivery of the product. Warranty may be voided for any product that has been damaged due to negligent or faulty use, alteration, maintenance, storage, or handling by the user. Excluded from Warranty: This warranty does not include wear and tear. Warranty does not apply to basic dumbbell racks lack of maintenance.
Chrome Half Rack	- Frame Warranty: Covers defects in material, functionality, and workmanship for 60 months from the original delivery date. This warranty applies to indoor use only. - Upholstery and Wear Items Warranty: Provides coverage for 6 months, specifically for indoor use. Normal wear and tear are excluded from this warranty. - Warranty Exclusions: The warranty becomes void if the product is damaged due to user negligence, improper use, alterations, inadequate maintenance, storage conditions, or mishandling. - Excluded from Warranty: The warranty does not cover wear and tear related to the product's appearance.
Power Full Rack	- Frame Warranty: Covers defects in material, functionality, and workmanship for 60 months from the original delivery date. This warranty applies to indoor use only. - Upholstery and Wear Items Warranty: Provides coverage for 6 months, specifically for indoor use. Normal wear and tear are excluded from this warranty. - Warranty Exclusions: The warranty becomes void if the product is damaged due to user negligence, improper use, alterations, inadequate maintenance, storage conditions, or mishandling. - Excluded from Warranty: The warranty does not cover wear and tear related to the product's appearance.

Damaged or Incorrect Product Resolution:

If you've received an incorrect item in your order or if your shipment arrived damaged, we're here to swiftly address the issue and ensure a seamless resolution. Please get in touch with us immediately so we can guide you through the process of returning the incorrect items, and in turn, dispatch the accurate items to you. If your order involves freight, please take a moment to review the relevant freight guidelines.

For prompt assistance, contact us via email at service@xmasterfitness.com. In your email, provide essential details such as your name, order number, a comprehensive description of the issue, and attach any pertinent photos or videos highlighting the discrepancies with the items received. Please note that the inclusion of visual documentation is crucial for expediting the return or refund process for the affected item(s).

At XMASTER's discretion, we may adapt the standard returns process for various reasons, including considerations for customers in specific geographic locations. For example, logistical factors may determine that it's more feasible for the customer to retain the merchandise rather than return it to XMASTER.

Should XMASTER decide not to facilitate the return of the product, you may be instructed to:

Recycle or salvage the item
Dispose of the item through an appropriate hazardous/regulated waste process (if applicable)
Destroy the item and dispose of it in general waste

Upon accepting the replacement product, you acknowledge your agreement to comply with any provided instructions regarding the destruction or disposal of the original product. Furthermore, you confirm that XMASTER will bear no liability concerning a defective product that has been replaced.
