Welcome to XMASTER FITNESS. We appreciate your confidence in us for your purchase of high quality equipment. Our shipping policy is designed to ensure that you are fully informed of our shipping practices. Please read the following information carefully.

 

Free Shipping Policy

Entire site is covered by free shipping, except oversize or over weight item, it  might not be eligible for free shipping. Certain items are not eligible for free shipping if the recipient address is out of 48 contiguous states, contact us for more details. 


1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will be notified when your order is shipped.


2. Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days depending on your location.

 

3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, we will email you a tracking number. You can track your shipment on our website or on the courier's website.


4. Delivery issues
If you do not receive your order within the estimated time frame, please contact our customer support team at service@xmasterfitness.com. We will assist in tracking your order and provide updates.
If your package arrives damaged or you encounter any problems, please report it within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damaged product and packaging for us to assist in resolving the problem.


5. Unsuccessful Delivery
In cases where the carrier is unable to deliver the package due to incorrect address information provided by the customer or failure to receive the package, any additional shipping costs for redelivery will be the responsibility of the customer.


6. Order Changes
Orders cannot be changed once they have been processed. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at service@xmasterfitness.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped.
