Return & Cancellation Policy

Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of the date of delivery under the following conditions:

Eligibility:
The product must be unused and in the condition in which you received it.
It must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

 


Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at service@xmasterfitness.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return label or instructions on how to return your item.

 


Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

 


Shipping charges:
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 


Exchange Policy
We will only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at service@xmasterfitness.com and provide proof of the defect or damage.

 

Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order if it has not been processed for shipment. Please contact us immediately at service@xmasterfitness.com with your order number and request for cancellation.

 

Order Processing: If your order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to wait for the item to arrive and initiate a return in accordance with our returns policy.

Refund Process: Upon successful cancellation, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
