PURE SERIES FLOORING

XMASTER flooring products are covered under the following warranty terms, ensuring they are free from material or manufacturing defects under normal use:
1.Commercial Use (e.g., gyms, training centers): 3-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.
2.Home Gym / Residential Use: 5-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.

The following situations are excluded from the warranty coverage. XMASTER is not liable for damage or failure caused by:

1.Damage from improper installation or maintenance.

2.Fading or deterioration from sun or UV exposure (especially outdoors).

3.Natural color variation in rubber materials.

4.Use of acidic, corrosive, or non-recommended cleaning agents.

5.Differences between samples/promotional images and actual product.

6.Punctures/damage from spiked or hard-soled shoes.

7.Wear and tear due to regular use or environmental factors.

8.Damage caused by pets chewing, clawing, or tearing.

9.Corrosion/discoloration due to chlorine or harmful chemicals.

10.Damage from pallet jacks, forklifts, or similar equipment.

11.Indentation or cracking caused by dropping heavy weights (e.g., 180-200 lb dumbbells).

12.Damage caused by dropping steel dumbbells or heavy equipment without rubber/PU protective coating.

For warranty claims, please submit a written notice along with the original proof of purchase within 30 days of discovering the issue. Claims will be handled in accordancewith the above warranty terms.
